Wir trafen Sura am Bus Endpunkt. Wir suchten einen Fahrer zum Hotel. Auf der Fahrt führten wir ein nettes Gespräch, uns da wur einen Guide für den nächsten Tag suchten, bot er uns an dies zu übernehmen. Er schlug uns interessante Punkte vor, von denen wir die meisten sowieso schon auf dem Plan hatten. Wir fuhren dann zum View Point, Big Buddha, dem Zahnpalast, einem Kräutergarten, einer Teeproduktion mit anschließender Verkostung, und spontan den Besuch einer Batikproduktion, wo man uns die Herstellung erklärte. Nach dem Vesuch eines Massagestudios endete der Tag, den wir, Dank Sura, sehr genossen. Wenn ihr diesen netten Burschen zufällig treffen solltet, kommt bloss nicht auf die Idee euch einen anderen Fahrer zu suchen!

Surat haben wir am Bus Endpunkt getroffen. Wir suchten ein Tuk Tuk zum Hotel. Auf der Fahrt dorthin hatten wir ein sehr nettes Gespräch, und da wir einen Fahrer für den nächsten Tag brauchten, bot er uns an die Tour für uns zu machen. Er schlug uns dann einige Besichtigungspunkte vor die wir sehr gut fanden.

Am nächsten Tag fuhr er uns zum View Point, zum Big Buddha, einem Gewürzgarten, dem Zahntempel, dem botanischen Garten und einer Teeproduktion, wo man uns die Teeherstellung zeigte und wir anschließend eine Teeverkostung hatten. Dann hatten wir noch einen spontanen Stopp bei dem man uns zeigte, wie diese hergestellt werden. Zum Abschluß waren wir noch in einem Massagesalon.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer, entspannter Tag, den wir, Dank Sura, auch sehr genossen. Wenn Ihr zufällig auf Ihn treffen solltet, kommt bloß nicht auf die Idee einen anderen Tuk Tuk Fahrer zu suchen.

Sura is a nice guy. He talked to us at the bus station and give us a fair price to our room.. In Sri Lanka we don’t have the feeling, that this is typical for foreign people.. At the next day he drove us to many places we wanted to see. All the time he was fair, trustful and nice. If we would stay one more night in Kandy, we would book him again.

We met Sura at the bus station, thanks to him we spent a great day in Kandy with a tour of a local tea factory, a visit to a buddhist temple, great food and finally a night in his great accommodation. Sura is an honest and open person, willing to give advice on anything. Together with the family, they even surprised us with the song Happy Birthday song to my Birthday

Sura is an excellent Tuk tuk driver who we found to be knowledge, flexible and spoke excellent English.

He suggested a few destinations and we added a few as well, which was no problem.

We went for great massage, the Botanical Gardens, the Tea Factory, an antique shop and an impromptu market stop off as well.

Nothing was too much trouble. Sura was fantastic. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great tour guide.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sura on our first day in in Kandy.

He wasn’t pushy and asked a few questions on what we might like to do for our time in Kandy.

He tailored our tour day to suit our requests and knew the best (not the most expensive or just his friends) places to visit. He was fairly priced and arrived on our agreed time.

We made a few changes during the day which was never a concern to Sura. He was always jovial, flexible and overall a very safe driver.

We were so very pleased with our day and have no complaints. I would highly recommend Sura for any tours.

Vam tenir la sort de coincidir amb en Sura només arribar a Kandy. Ens va recomenar ple de llocs per visitar en un dia i vam decidir fer el tour amb ell.

Ens va portar al jardí botànic, a visitar el temple d’or, vam veure el ball típic de Kandy, entre d’altres. A més ens va dur a menjar local food que sempre és un punt a favor.

Molt bé de preu i molt recomenable!!!
